Refunds

If, for any reason, you are not delighted by the performance of any of our skin treatments from your most recent order, simply let us know within 3 months of purchase and we will REFUND the product price(s) in FULL. The refund amount does not cover the original shipping cost.

For international orders, please be aware it may take up to 17 days from the time the pharmacy processes your refund for the funds to appear back in your credit card account due to international banking procedures
